Last week, BYD Energy Zambia hosted a comprehensive training session focused on our innovative energy solutions, specifically highlighting the BYD LV 5.0 and BYD Max Lithium battery systems. The training was led by Van Holdworth from BYD South Africa, who brings extensive experience with both battery models.

– BYD LV 5.0 : A 5kWh battery designed for residential and smaller commercial projects, scalable up to 160kWh, now available to customers in Zambia.

– BYD Max Litein : A robust 7.5kWh unit tailored for commercial and industrial applications, capable of scaling up to an impressive 2.64MWh.

The training also covered essential support services:

1. After Sales Support: Dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through warranty management and ongoing assistance.

2. Marketing Support: Aimed at fostering uniform communication and brand consistency across all platforms.
